I started this blog with one thing on my mind: fashion. & how to bring it to the streets of my native land // our nation's capital. While fashion will always remain the focus of this blog, many readers have recently been asking about the hair & makeup products I use & for tutorials on hairstyles they see in outfit posts. I've been trying my best to answer these inquiries outside of the blogosphere as it has never been my main focus here at District Sparkle. But the time has come & I now feel the need to take this to the streets.
